I'm doing the paperwork for the MakerFaire booth.
We will be a non-commercial vendor.
Parking is free for everyone, first come first serve. It's at a fairground,
and it's large as I remember from Lulu Tech Circus.
12pm-7pm - Loading/setup time avail for interior spaces (please use this
time if at all possible!)
6:30pm - Volunteers meeting
8pm - 11pm - Private reception for exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers
RSVP / Formal invite forthcoming
Sat June 18th
7-9AM - Loading setup time for interior and exterior spaces 10AM - event
open to public 5pm - event closed to public 5pm - 8pm - Teardown, lkouad
out, etc. DONT PACK UP UNTIL 5pm (not a prob for us)
Maker booths are 10' x 10'
If we need power, bring extension cords. We need to request, etc.
Free wifi is there.
