Music Jam Session Saturday, October 16, 2010

757 Labs will be having another amateur music jam session. We will hold it on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Plan to setup your gear around 5:00 PM EST, and spend the next hour or so messing around with MIDI, pushing buttons, tweaking configurations, etc. Then around 7:00 PM EST, we will get down to business.DJ Mike & Ethan jamming music

Feel free to add comments to this post, to let us know who will be attending, and what gear you will be bringing. Hopefully, we will have some webcams setup to stream live video, or at least record some audio samples. Anyone interested in electronic music and related musical gear is welcome to attend, regardless of skill level.

  1. You all should consider rocking the parking lot at MoogFest:

  2. I do not have lots of skills, but my agility and charisma stats make my music look like the movements of mr.robot0.

I can role thru Friday night or Saturday morn/lunch too to design/ build.

  3. ?-Wine Fest in DTown on Saturday; parking an issue?

  4. enferex: MoogFest looks pretty awesome, judging by the website. Dunno if I can make the 7-hour drive, though, or spend $$$ for registration & hotel that weekend. But hey, if anyone else wants to go, and we can get a group to go, I’ll see what I can do.

CADJedi: Feel free to stop-by — you can just hang-out and listen, or jump in. Also, parking shouldn’t be a problem, since the wine festival is at Town Point Park, and the lab is several blocks away. Even if the lab’s parking lot got full, there’s a parking garage across the street.
