Laser Pong is a game project to recreate the classic game of Pong to be demonstrated at outdoor events. Its intended design is to reinvigorate childhood memories and bring the beloved competitive action to a new generation.
Requirements: Laptop for programming Input paddles for up/down controls Laser output with X/Y coordinate system
Currently the programming language used is C compiled with gcc under the Ubuntu operating system. Once the project is completed an evaluation of alternative language and platform solutions may be decided.
Completion status (estimation): Hardware: 70% / Software: 80%
