     These guys bring up a good point about tethers...

     But, there is no way I would advise using 120VAC anywhere near 
water!  We should stick with 12V or less (my electronics teacher said 
he had been hit with as much as 800VDC from Transmitter B+, but that 
by far the worst shock he ever got was from 12V while in Salt Water. 
- almost killed him).
