[757labs] Possible New Space

They seem to be looking more for someone to come plop down a
restaurant rather than a geek hangout/hackerspace. Plus 1,100 indoor
sqft is about 1/3rd of what space the lab currently occupies. Also
isn't parking on granby street epic fail at any of the popular lab
times?
