The labs is on loan from Chris Smith. It has the iOS dev stuff on it.

Hackintosh, or core2duo mac mini are the cheapest ways to run osX.

I think VirtualBox supports OS X.

Note, the new versions require you to get the dev tool chain from the 
Apple Store. It's only $5 but it means you gotta setup the payment chain 
and all that. No idea how that plays out. I used a copy from bittorrent.
