I don't think anyone actually uses the tide to come to the lab.

Really it comes down to interstate accessibility.
In my mind this has always meant that best places are downtown Norfolk
(easy access to 164 (Suffolk/Ptown), 464 (Chesapeake) and 264 (VaBeach.)
Another good area would be the 64/264 interchange.
I looked at a building Friday, but it was in a pretty heavy state of
disrepair. It was just the first one, and I was curious about it.

Way too much work when there are millions of empty spaces.
Used to be a data center, I want to know who :-) 7 years ago. Let a roof
leak, neglect it, and that's what you get.

The new owner seriously suggested we sell him all the hardware and set it
up for him on the other area of the building. Go figure.
