There used to be an iOS / ObjectiveC group (not sure if they were the same group or two different groups) that meet only a handful of times that i remember. It was initially run by Brennan Dunn (of We Are Titans) and then Ken Collins (of the ruby group) if i recall. If so there is likely a meetup.com account associated with it if you want to take it over. I'd suggest trying to contact one of them after you gauge interest.
