I disagree, this is someone with a hang glider and excellent 3d studio
skills.  You can see where the compression artifacts don't line up if
you get in close, and you can see some other oddities which are probably
the result of having had to work with a MPEGed original, but it's really
a very nice job.

ILM took a look at the footage and they're going to be compositing Jar-Jar
Binks onboard.
