[757labs] Hackerspaces in Space: Year 2 (fwd)

I really want to try my crazy idea of creating an MCU controlled valve that
would let some helium out of a balloon once it reaches a specified
height/pressure. That way the balloon(s) won't pop from going too high.
Maybe we could make a balloon that will hover for days before it pops. Does
anyone have any idea how that could be accomplished?
