Are there contactless cards that are able to function as a protected
certificate store or message signing like common ISO7816 cards? This
seems rather dupe and sniff resistant.

Almost everyone has contact and contactless hardware nowadays but does
it still require effort and cash to be able to write ABA mag stripes?
