[757labs] Cox running transparent DNS proxy?

Does anyone know if Cox is guilty of using transparent DNS proxy?  I've been
getting some funky but sporadic mismatches on OpenDNS updates.

If such is the case and I can't convince them to cease, are there any
recommendations for alternate ISPs in the area (I'm in south Virginia
Beach)?
