Just remember, the balloon is going to expand the higher it gets, so
overfilling (over expanding) it to get a faster ascent is likely to reduce
the max altitude it reaches. A bigger balloon, gives us the best of all
worlds, larger volume, potential for more lift, and higher max altitude.
