The letter I got with WBG Financial as the new person to pay rent to, the 
phone # in google comes back to Marathon (Buddy Gadams.)

Buddy Gadams was behind the failed Granby Tower, and as I remember didn't 
have the money to pay back all the people they owed money to.

But they bought the Wainwright loan at auction for millions?

Seems odd.

I guess they had money from the settlement on the courthouse property.
