Vdot refer you to the police and they are telling me
if this is for private use as long as the container is not greater
than 119 gallons (non-bulk package) or your total amount is not in
excess of 1,000 lbs., you do not need to do anything more.  If you
have less than that amount you still shall stop at the inspection
stations prior to going into any of the tunnels
