     ---=[ 757 Labs in Space Meeting 2011/10/21 ]=---

     Matt volunteered to take Leadership of the project

1) Matt will Register 757 Labs with the HackerSpaces in Space Contest

2) Ken will order the Balloon, once we figure out the target weight
(expected final weight) of this thing

3) Eric wants to make a Cut-Away Device to release the balloon once
it has reached adequate altitude to get the pictures we want. Option
1: Nichrome wire burns through string, Option 2: Servo Controlled
release, Option 3: A skilled marksman shoots it down

4) Eric will make a PCB based on last year's schematic

5) Ken will test the Camcorder (How long can run on internal battery,
how long it can record before memory fills up)

6) Jean will do Landing Zone Predictions based on the forecasted
Weather for Launch Day

7) Adam will see if he can get someone to donate the Hydrogen

8) Jean will donate a new Styrofoam payload container

     * * * Still needs to be done * * *

* Estimate the final weight so we can order balloon and figure out
how much gas we need (it's a tough call, but we need it sooner rather
than later)

* Research Hydrogen Safety, and how to fill a balloon without
creating static electricity

* Select Launch/Recovery Team(s)

* Should we make a Dry Ice chamber to test this thing, or just launch
and hope for the best?

* Add Sensors: At least Internal/External Temperature, and an
Absolute Pressure Sensor for altitude. Ken is working on an
experiment to measure how much the effects of gravity change at altitude
