[757labs] Hackerspaces in Space

Regardless of the max for the rules. Where is the $250 coming from? Do we
have a sugar daddy for this project or are we all chipping in? Or better
yet, do we finally have enough members that we have a few extra bucks at the
end of the day to fund projects?
