Yeah, uncool Dave.
There's a place in San Jose called TechShop [1]. Don't know if anyone's gone
there yet but it's amazing. So if you're in the area, I highly recommend at
least a tour or a day pass :) They have lots of equipment including laser
cutters, vinyl cutter, silk screener, electronic stuff, and -- yes -- sewing
machines. Every night I was there was very diverse in gender. I'm sorry that
I'm missing the jet pack making session.
