757 Labs in Space;

 >What day are we meeting?

Matthew said his help is limited to Fridays, others said they'd
try to work around what ever we come up with; so how 'bout this
Friday evening, is 19:00 (7:00 PM) good for everyone?

Ethan; is the last year's "Space Junk" still at the Lab, I
didn't see it last time I visited?

Is Harold in on this? I think he wrote the code and as such is
likely the only one who will really understand it.

     We need to...
     * Order a Balloon (I can do that, but we'll need to know what size)
     * Find out about Gas (I still recommend Helium, but it's a group decision)
     * Make a bigger Parachute (I did it last year, it's someone
else's turn, but I can point you in the right direction)
     * Start learning about how to predict the Landing Zone (I did it
last year, it's someone else's turn, but I can point you in the right
direction)
     * Refurbish last year's "Space Junk"
     * Find out why the Buzzer quit last year (it wasn't the
batteries, they were fine)
     * Make everything as light as possible (it was too heavy last year)
     * Register for the Contest and go over the rules
     * Organize the Launch Team, and the Tracking & Recovery Team
     * Countless other petty details that I can't think of right now

     Good Luck!
