Steve;
Great idea, but it isn't that simple. These
guys have been trying since 2005 and haven't made
it yet http://SpiritOfKnoxville.com (although
they did make it 90% of the way there.) Seems
the heating of the Sun and cooling at night has a
dramatic effect on the volume, and therefore
lift, of the gas. But, keep the good ideas
coming anyway, we should explore all of them.
