Greetings,

We just wanted to take a moment to give you some info on HOPE Number Nine,
the next in the series of Hackers On Planet Earth conferences.

HOPE Number Nine will be taking place on July 13, 14, and 15, 2012 at the
Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City. (Yes, the hotel is still standing
and they promise it will remain so for the duration of the conference.)

While preregistration hasn't yet begun, we figured you might like to know
about a special promotion we're running tomorrow (Saturday), starting at
12 noon Eastern Time. At that moment, if you point your browser to
http://store.2600.com/hopenumbernine.html you'll have the opportunity
to buy tickets to HOPE Number Nine at half the price that will be
charged at the door. We only have 100 tickets that we're able to offer
at this level, so they're likely to go fast.

In addition, we're putting videos from the very first HOPE conference (back
in 1994) up on the net for you to enjoy at http://blip.tv/2600magazine also
starting at noon on Saturday. We'll be releasing them hour by hour so you
can (re)experience the conference as it happened.
