[757labs] solar project

I'd like to try and put the mylar on this week, the rest of the frame is
built. It's standing up in the workshop at the lab. I don't think it'll take
very long to attach the mylar, maybe an hour or two, unless my idea doesn't
work.

I'm free in the evenings this week except for Wednesday.
