So I asked for new members (or those not already on the members list) to email me, not the list, your full real name and the email address which you wanted to be added to the list.

This is how it all breaks down:

Sent directly to me with all requested info: 4
Thank you, and welcome.

Sent directly to me but didn't specify email: 1
Signed you up with the address you contacted me with.

Sent to the list but with all requested info: 1 
Good enough, you're added.

Sent to the list, failed to provide requested into: 1
Still waiting...


That's nearly 50% fail on some level. Sweet! ;)
