We were talking about this a little on the way back from shmoocon.

Have you all thought about IP layout of such a beast? Each hackerspace 
that joins ends up with like
192.168.101.0/24 to 199.0/24 or something?

And is there a way to avoid routing all traffic from all hackerspaces back 
through the main point? The only thing I can think of is for each 
hackerspace to connect to every other hackerspace directly, unless we can 
find someone with a lot of bandwidth willing to share to play router?

If every hackerspace connects to every other hackerspace, then management 
of keys will be fun :-)
