Made your switch to Alpine?

What does this have to do with the MAGFest rooms again? Here's the latest e-mail announcement:
This is just a final reminder that MAGFest will be coming up NEXT WEEK,
January 5-8, 2012, in National Harbor, MD. Come play tons of games, and
see tons of guests including Final Fantasy series composer Nobuo
Uematsu, and his new band EARTHBOUND PAPAS. If you haven't
preregistered, there will be plenty of tickets at the door for $55 for
the whole weekend, or $40 for one day. You should be able to find all
the information you need, including schedule, directions, and guest/band
lineup, at the MAGFest Website. See you in a week!

As for the volunteerism, here are the levels:
6 hours gets you a set of MAGFest swag: a sticker and t-shirt.
18 hours gets you a refund on your badge
(whatever the price of a regular attendee badge was when you registered)
instead of the swag. You still get the food, of course.
24 hours gets you everything; the badge refund, tshirt, food, and swag.
30 hours gets a free hotel room with badge and swag.

You can sign up for hours here:

Game on!
