If you don't have the time to cook something, 2 or 3 liter sodas are good! Sometimes the LAN will consume a good portion of the fridge stock and having refillable cups will cut down the waste during the event.

Definitely easy. Just plug into the network switch and power and you should be golden! It's best to have tf2 or whatever games updated before hand, cause the games are large and when they start competing for cablemodem bandwidth stuff slows down quick.
