Does anyone know what the max load the floors can handle is?  Also, How
much power is available?  240V?  3-phase?  Is the HVAC system rated to
handle all those machines running in the heat of summer?  Plus an open
hack night with 30 people mouth breathing. :-)   Is the landlord willing
to pay for ripping out the cube farm, electric upgrades, HVAC upgrades?
