Just remember, the military generally have very little say in where they
work. I moved to Norfolk, close to NOB because I had the highest
probability of being stationed there. I'm now stationed in Portsmouth.

You're right though, I use the tunnels every day, and I should (and will)
pay my share. I don't have a *reasonable* alternative though.
