Just a heads up that I'm meeting with the building manager/owner tomorrow at 11AM to discuss signing lease for year #2 at 233 West Bute.

It's a bit odd (concerning) that there is a meeting to discuss versus just signing the lease. I'll let everyone know what the outcome is!
