Yep, I was thinking leave it plugged in normally and let the "shutdown" 
happen over the lan. Been meaning to figure out how to make all the 
computers sort of go to sleep when "lab shutdown" is tapped on the amx.

I just got an IP address assigned to the lantronix unit that is going to 
talk to the power logic meter that is connected to the cray power feed.

Gonna wire it up in a bit.
