[757labs] MAME Shutdown

I was talking to friends at lunch and they mentioned a utility they use 
that allows you to send a command to a Windows host over the network to 
kick off a shutdown. Joe said there is a function in windows that is 
supposed to do it also (a service of some sort) but it was unreliable when 
he tried it so he went with the utility.

So if we put a relay triggered by the 12vdc from the computer power supply 
to turn on the video screen and marquee lights, we can do a proper 
shutdown of the XP system in the mame machine via daemon, then do a wake 
on lan to turn it on. It can easily be tied into the AMX jank.

Pretty slick.
