We will have a hotel room for MAGFest from the night of Wednesday January 12th to Monday morning January 17th. Here's the overview of the event:

What is MAGFest?
MAGFest is a video and computer gaming festival 
run by fans, for fans. It's similar to an anime or scifi convention, but aims to 
be more of a laid-back video game party. Nearly everything is open 
24-hours. The show floors aren't crowded but still filled with lots of fan 
art, film and music. Our special 
guests fit right in and socialize with everyone. Game movies and cartoons are shown all weekend. In 
addition to our 10,000 square foot game room, lots of attendees set up games in their 
rooms and invite others inside. 


We will have a 757Labs booth in the dealers room (part of the hotel's lower lobby) and will be demonstrating what the lab is all about and any upcoming events and gatherings. If you want to take part let us know! The pricing break-down is:Hotel room is $600 total, includes parking.
Booth is $100 and each person's pass is $30 extra, granting you full access to the convention.
$120 for each additional table/booth.

So far it looks like at least 4 of us are going, at least 2 seats available for other Lab members who wants to come along. If we get 6 that's $100 for 5 nights and $46 for the pass, making it $150! If you decide to come prepare any projects or items for showing off at the booth.
