This is excellent! Although we use VEX, BASIC stamp (BS2X) and mostly PROPELLAR (Parallax) in our Robotix labs, this is an well put together presentation (that I might ask for on a flash drive next time I'm at the lab, with permission of course). I think it's important for young learners to know that there are LOTS of different options out there.

ok...
just fixed it.I Could't found 820μF Capacitors so i used 1000μF.
I replaceed 4 x 820μF with 1000μF and 1 x 330μF. I can't even believe that a bulged capacitor could cause such a serious damage!
Total cost= 3 Euros.
Thanks a lot

I have similar problems. Just before throwing the monitor out, i decided to open the case and found 4 capacitors somewhat "bulged". I thought this couldn't be the reason but since you mention as the root of cause, I'll desolder them and replace them. I'll tell you the news within a couple of days.

Pobably they do know! I got a heatgun (the cheap black and red one) and the Low Power rectifier diode (single for halfwave) was a 3Amp. it's a 1500W rated heating element so.... yeah. that blew up after probably about half an hour of runtime. had to find a 10A diode and replace it (any larger and the leads wouldn't have even fit in the terminals)
