Ethan fixes a fluorescent light - "it's a cap!"

Ethan fixes a fluorescent backlight to one of the arcade games by simply replacing a capacitor; the old capacitor had to de-soldered, and a new capacitor soldered in its place, so it was good practice for the soldering class
